POSITION:
Scheduling Coordinators, also known as Care Coordinators, are responsible for the daily scheduling of home care services for clients. Tasks include staffing cases with caregivers, entering new client information, and building schedules.
Care Coordinators work with client relations, caregiver relations, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude throughout the day. Care Coordinators counsel caregivers on attendance and caregiver policies and provide over the phone mentoring and instruction as needed.
Care Coordinators participate every day in team stand-up meetings
There is frequent phone and e-mail usage throughout the day. Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
This is a full-time 40 hour a week position, working Monday - Friday

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Able to quickly learn how to use our online caregiver and client database system
-Ability to coach caregivers through complex and emotional issues that may arise regarding clients
-Strong Customer Service skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
-2 years of relevant professional or industry experience preferred
-Ability to handle stress, work under pressure, frequent interruptions throughout the day and hands on management
-Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
-Able to work alone and with a team
-Able to read, write, and communicate professionally in English
-Someone that is DEDICATED to their work and healthcare and wants to stay at an employer long term
-Must have experiencing working in a sometimes stressful, fast paced, frequent interruptions through the day and an environment where your manager is hands on to insure your success!
