Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Lead to join our team on a part-time basis. As the face of our showroom, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional customer experiences, guiding clients through our range of premium cabinetry solutions, and facilitating project intake. Responsibilities:
Staffing the cabinetry showroom during designated hours (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 11-5).
Warmly greeting walk-in customers and providing personalized assistance.
Conducting project intake by answering questions, gathering requirements and understanding client needs.
Leveraging sales experience to effectively showcase product offerings and close sales.
Clear and concise communication with architects, contractors, designers, and homeowners to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
Maintaining a welcoming and organized showroom environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales and/or customer service preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including architects, contractors, designers, and homeowners.
Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work weekends (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Hourly wages, starting at $20/hr.
