Zora Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction, material takeoffs, bid preparation, and cost analysis.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed estimates and project proposals
Review plans, blueprints, and specifications
Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
Track project costs and budgets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of estimating experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel
