We are looking for an experienced Application Developer who enjoys solving complex business challenges, creating scalable software solutions, and collaborating with teams around the world.In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:Design and develop applications that support global business operationsWork on meaningful projects with visibility across the organizationPartner directly with business stakeholders to solve real-world challengesUtilize modern Microsoft technologies and development toolsMentor emerging developers and contribute to technical best practicesBe part of a collaborative team that values curiosity, accountability, and growthWhat You'll DoAs an Application Developer, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing internally developed business applications and reporting solutions.Key responsibilities include:Design, develop, test, deploy, and support business applications throughout the software development lifecycleCreate and maintain application code, databases, and reporting solutionsCollaborate with users and stakeholders to gather and refine requirementsTroubleshoot and resolve application issues while identifying long-term solutionsDevelop and execute testing plans to ensure application quality and reliabilityMaintain thorough technical and user documentationParticipate in software development lifecycle and project management activitiesWork across multiple platforms and technologies to deliver the best solution for each business needSupport continuous improvement efforts and development best practicesMentor junior developers and contribute to team growthThis is a Spokane-based hybrid role.  This position is in office 3 days/week and the ability for 2 days a week remote.  For initial onboarding and training or special projects, more time in office may be required.
