Position Overview: We seek a dynamic and experienced HR Professional to join our team. This role offers flexible hours and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the agency's goals and objectives.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, OR:

Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or supported living environment.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
