A large commercial real estate company headquartered in the greater Spokane area has an immediate opening for an experienced maintenance person. The successful candidate should have basic janitorial skills, be willing to clean and perform minor repairs on commercial office space, and be willing to learn new skills. Neat appearance, people skills and a non-smoker are job requirements. We are looking for an individual who is willing to work hard, and grow in this position.
Wage will be up to $20 DOE. Our compensation package contains a generous vacation plan, health, dental and vision coverage for the employee and dependents, plus a retirement plan.
