Circle M Construction and Landscape Supply
We are looking for an experienced Excavator Operator / Equipment Operator to join our production team.
Responsibilities:
Operate excavators, loaders, and screen plant equipment to produce top-quality landscape materials.
Run and maintain the screen plant and stacker, ensuring consistent production and material quality.
Feed raw materials into the plant and manage stockpiles efficiently.
Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance or report issues promptly.
Monitor production flow and make adjustments as needed for optimal performance.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Assist with other yard or equipment tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators and heavy equipment.
Experience running screen plants, stackers, or crushers preferred.
Knowledge of aggregate or landscape material production a plus.
Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a small team.
Must be safety-conscious and able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
MSHA Certification.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting at $30 per hour DOE
