Permanent part-time. The shift is 2-8 pm but may vary due to weather. Approximately 24-30 hours/week. Good performance will result in more hours becoming available.
Duties Include:
- Leaf raking: lawns & gardens
- Sweeping driveway & walkways
- Mowing, trimming, & edging lawns
- Weeding lawns & garden beds
- Moving & adjusting sprinklers
- Digging trenches for sprinklers
- Trail maintenance, bush & tree limbing
- Painting indoors & outdoors
- Other tasks using hand and/or power tools based on skill level.
The ability and experience to safely use power tools is a plus!
Knowledge of sprinkler repair/maintenance is a plus!
This job is physically demanding. You must be able to stand, walk, bend, and work for hours at a time. Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
You must be a licensed, insured, car-owning driver. You may be asked to run errands.
