Currently looking for a laborer to join our team. Current project is OUT OF TOWN WORK.
Title: Laborer
Base pay to be paid Bi-weekly direct deposit available.
1st year $22hr
Paid vacation after 1 year
Longevity pay 2.5% annual increase up to $25hr
provided company shirts
Requirements
Excellent communication skills. Good physical shape and ability to keep up with the workload. Reliable mode of transportation. Open availability. Able to work weekends, if necessary. Able to travel out of town, able to work nights, and can work well in a team environment.
Laborer Job Duties
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
Occasionally, take work trips on short notice per management.
Able to work long hours, including mandatory and voluntary over time.
Utilize correct process and procedure when prepping floors, polishing concrete, applying epoxy, performing repairs, using chemicals, and operating tools and machines to ensure safety, quality product, timely delivery and cost efficiency.
Follows all Safety procedures, reports concern to management.
Ensures equipment used is accounted for and stored in neat, orderly manner and in good operating condition.
Operates equipment and tools in a safe manner; reports any issues for repair immediately to foreman.
Reports any incidents or accidents to foreman.
Strive to meet and exceed company and customer expectations.
Communicates professionally, respectfully, and effectively.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Other duties, as assigned by Management.
Out of town work includes per-diem pay, location dependent.
