Job duties and requirements include:
Sealcoat Crew:
Applying sealcoat to a paved surface with a spray wand, squeegee and or brush.
Ensuring the cleanliness of the jobsite and that there is no property damage. (Overspray on buildings, cars, curbs/sidewalks etc.)
Cleaning and filling the cracks in asphalt
Driving company trucks.
Backing up various sized trailers.
Keeping the company vehicles clean.
Using various small machines and tools to complete the job in a timely manner.
Have the ability to recognize and correct any equipment or product issues in the field with limited supervision.
All employees are required to.
Have the ability to pass a drug test.
Be able to lift 50+ lbs.
Have a reliable vehicle and are licensed to drive.
