Now Hiring: Hydraulic Assembler
Location: Post Falls, ID
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4x10 schedule)
Pay: $23.00 – $28.00/hr DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble large-scale hydraulic machinery based on blueprints and engineering drawings
Use hand and power tools to install hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical components
Perform layout and assembly of plumbing and wiring systems
Collaborate with team members on multi-stage machine builds
Test and troubleshoot completed assemblies, making modifications as necessary
Work closely with engineering, fabrication, and other departments to ensure accuracy
Follow all safety protocols and quality assurance standards
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably with heavy machinery or industrial equipment
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
Experience with hydraulic systems, hose routing, and component installation
Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing layout for equipment builds
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
Dependable and committed to maintaining excellent attendance
Physical Requirements:
Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently
Regular bending, kneeling, twisting, and overhead reaching
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (up to 10 hours per day)
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (55°F – 88°F)
Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
