Seeking someone who has experience with general office procedures:
Answer, vet, and direct all incoming telephone calls
Assist customers in person and over the phones with sales
Job involves ensuring that sales transactions are completed accurately, maintain accurate work order files and formulas, able to lift 75 lbs, close the showroom and shop at 5:00pm
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior work experience in the glass industry
Customer service skills, including problem solving and handling customer complaints.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Starting wage 17.00 – 21.00 DOE
