City East Auto Body, a locally owned body shop, is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator. City East Auto Body is a repair facility that has been servicing the inland northwest since 1978. As a Body Shop Estimator, you will be responsible for ensuring customers’ vehicles are assessed and provided with an estimate, then relaying that information to the technicians so that the car can be repaired in a timely fashion; working with insurance companies on estimates and supplement submissions; scheduling day to day shop operations as well as sublet repairs to customer’s vehicles.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Body Shop Estimator
Solid understanding of estimating process and system. Shop uses CCC One Estimating System.
Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations.
Working knowledge of computers.
Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
Actual pay offered will vary depending on skills, experience and job-related knowledge: $55k-$75k. Additional benefits offered include: health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
