R&R Heating and A/C is seeking skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Installers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems. As a Commercial HVAC Installer, you will ensure the efficient and reliable operation of heating and cooling systems in various commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

-Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.

-Interpret blueprints, specifications, and job orders to complete installations successfully.

-Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

-Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.

-Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure timely project completion.

-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally.

-Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time and materials used.

-Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation

Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and components, including electrical and heating/cooling systems

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Experience working with a variety of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and air handlers

EPA Universal certification

Gas Mech 1

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
