Job Description: We are currently seeking skilled operators to join our custom home dig crew.
Responsibilities:
Perform grading and excavation tasks according to project specifications.
Assist with various labor tasks as needed, including shoveling, raking, and lifting.
Always follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an equipment operator in residential / commercial.
Proficiency in operating all equipment.
Experience in reading plans, laser, house lay out, utilities, septic systems.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Willingness to comply with company policies and safety regulations.
Must be authorized to work in the US.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
