Ruby Hospitality is looking for a seasoned maintenance professional.
The best candidate will be professional, reliable, personable and be able to take directions.
Responsibilities to include:
Plumbing repairs
electrical repairs
Painting
Inspect and maintain apartments before and after occupancy.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to multi-task, follow through and meet deadlines.
Be professional, courteous, and tactful with all guests and co-workers.
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in residential building or hotel maintenance and equipment systems preferred.
Appliance maintenance and diagnosis
After hours - On Call availability
On-site living accommodations
Wage: $20 - $25 per hour, plus possible on-site living accommodations. Pay based on experience.
