Our Spokane hub is looking for an Operations Agent who can safely operate a forklift, sort freight, build and wrap pallets, pick & pull orders, contact & communicate with drivers, handle will-call, zip through order entry on a computer and use a smartphone app for barcode scanning. You need the ability to lift and carry 50 pound cartons regularly, and occasionally lift 70 pounds, and be comfortable driving a cargo van for deliveries. This position is Monday through Friday, usually from 6:00 AM until 2:30PM plus weekend shifts on-call on rotating weekends. Start and end times can fluctuate due to operational needs.
If you enjoy working independently, but can also work well with other team members, this might be the perfect opportunity for you. The starting wage for this position is $17.50/hr. The wage range for Operations Agent workers at WPX is between $16.78 and $20.78 per hour.
