Description Healthcare Recruiter (Specialized Therapy Focus)Are you a healthcare recruitment professional with a proven track record of sourcing top-tier talent specifically in Speech Language Pathology (SLP), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Physical Therapy (PT)? We're looking for an experienced and strategic Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and make an immediate impact! What You'll Do:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire qualified therapy professionals (SLPs, OTs, PTs) to meet client needs.
Leverage a variety of recruitment and marketing channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
Ensure new hires are fully informed about wages, benefits, communication protocols, compliance standards, and performance expectations prior to onboarding.
Collaborate closely with branch teams for seamless handoffs and ongoing management of new hires.
Maintain regular communication with branch teams and Recruitment Account Managers (RAMs) to stay aligned on hiring needs, market growth opportunities, and recruitment strategies.
Document all candidate, client, and internal communications in the company’s system of record.
Participate in training and development programs for new and current team members.
Represent the company at industry-related recruiting events to build brand awareness and access top-tier talent.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $65,000–$80,000 DOE
Healthcare Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision

Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
Specialized Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years recruiting healthcare professionals specifically for SLPs, OTs, and PTs. (Please Note: General recruiting experience will not be considered for this role, must have experience recruiting for SLPs, OTs, and PTs.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Proven ability to meet or exceed recruitment goals in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required with equivalent experience).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing platforms.
