Form Press OperatorJob Description
Possess a thorough understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn, production operations and machinery, such as Hot Forming Press Brake and Sheetmetal Forming.
Operate hot forming machines that heat titanium sheet metal to 1400 degrees and apply 30,000 tons of pressure to shape products.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of processes and equipment.
Identify and resolve production issues.
Monitor inventory levels and obtain quotes when necessary.
Coordinate with other department leads to ensure adherence to schedules.
Hard Skills
4 years of prior manufacturing experience (aerospace experience preferred)
2 years of team leading experience
Experience in sheet metal forming
