The Program Director at Dungarvin provides leadership and oversight for the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role is responsible for managing daily program operations, supervising and supporting staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a safe and inclusive environment. The Program Director collaborates with families, team members, and community partners to empower the people we serve to achieve their personal goals and live meaningful, fulfilling lives.What You Get To Do:Lead residential programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.Recruit, train, supervise, and inspire a team of Direct Support Professionals.Oversee staff scheduling, budgets, compliance, and program documentation.Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents.Collaborate on individual support plans (ISPs) and quality improvement initiatives.Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders to promote dignity, choice, and independence.
