Sixt is looking for a Senior Regional Sales Performance Manager for the Northeast region to manage the of sales and service program for the entire Region. The territory would include 12 major airports and 9 downtown branches spanning from Boston to the Carolinas. Their primary focus will be developing the management team to support coaching and development of employees optimizing the rental experience by selling extras based on the customer's needs and providing exceptional customer service. The Senior Regional Sales Performance Manager will manage one FTE (Regional Sales Performance Manager) in the region and as a team will be expected to facilitate training for the employees and managers as well as becoming an expert on our fleet and ancillary products and ensure that the branches in their region are properly educating our customers on the products that will enhance their rental experience.
