Columbia Valley Community Health (CVCH) is growing! CVCH is a dynamic, progressive community health center with locations in Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, and Chelan.

The Member Services Specialist I primary job function is to be responsible for initiating patient visits, coordinating patient appointments, collecting payments, entering/updating patient information on our computer system and providing courteous, efficient and informational telephone access to clinic services. The Member Services Specialist I are responsible for medical and dental financial assistance program registration, coordinating services for Migrant Seasonal Farmworkers (MSFW) and other underserved populations seeking medical care. Provides interpretation and advocates and facilitates contact between patient/family and appropriate discipline.

Position Requirements:

1. Education: High School Diploma or equivelant required. Prefer AA degree, Business School diploma or some college.

2. Certification/Licensure: Eligible for Medical Assistant-Registered Licensure. Community Health Worker Certification required. Apple Health Navigator Level 1 training required.

3. Experience: One (1) year experience in the medical or business/office field or equivalent education and training/certification preferred. Previous experience working with benefit enrollment programs in a community health center preferred.

4. Language Skills: Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
