SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducting recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Managing the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and ongoing training.
Handling employee relations matters and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data.
Process bi-weekly payroll.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training, & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Organizational Behavior or equivalent experience, preferred.
3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate professionally and work in a team environment.
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
Bilingual Spanish, required.

Pay rage of $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (Actual pay will depend on experience)
