Columbia Valley Community Health (CVCH) is growing! CVCH is a dynamic, progressive community health center with locations in Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, and Chelan. We have an excellent opportunity for a HR Generalist at our Wenatchee location.
The HR Generalist’s primary job function is to be responsible for all Benefit & Leave Administration, Workers Compensation, Performance Evaluations/Compensation, and HRIS expert in addition to other Human Resource duties.
Position Requirements:
Education: Associate degree required. Bachelor degree preferred. Experience may be substituted for education.
Certification/Licensure: PHR or SPHR preferred.
Experience: Three years’ experience in HR required.
Language Skills: Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
