Boyer Mountain Pool & Excavation is a family-owned and operated business serving Washington, Oregon and Idaho. BMP&E has been producing premium Latham fiberglass and custom gunite pools since 1994.

Position Overview

The Office Manager oversees the administrative workflow, customer communication, permit processing, schedule coordination, and internal support for the sales and field teams.

Essential Job Duties

-Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage daily customer communication

-Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

-Prepare and send invoices

-Maintain accurate project documents

-Track payments, deposits, and accounts receivable

-Prepare payroll and track/monitor employee hours

-Manage fleet GVWR tonnage records and DOT compliance

-Work closely with permitting, sales, and upper management

-Coordinate out-of-town accommodations for employees + per diem

-Manage water fill locations and related logistics

-Order equipment/products

-Maintain distributor relationships

-Monitor and update vendor pricing

-Administer new employee onboarding

-Coordinate installation schedules with crews, sales staff, and customers

-Track material orders, pool shipments, and deliveries

-Maintain job status checklists and update the internal schedule

Preferred Qualifications

-Prior office management or administrative experience (construction/trades preferred)

-Strong communication and customer-service skills

-Highly organized with strong attention to detail

-Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

-Experience with scheduling systems, and basic software tools

-Ability to problem-solve and multitask independently

-Qualification Requirements

-Must possess a valid WA state drivers license at time of hire and throughout employment

-Highschool Diploma or GED

Requires Knowledge of:

-Quickbooks Software

-Payroll

-Computer operation and software including Microsoft Office suites and Google platforms
