Administrative Assistant – Part-Time to Full-Time (Real Estate Office)
We are seeking a highly organized, computer-proficient Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced real estate team. This position will begin part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time. Ideal candidates will have strong administrative experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Database and CRM management
Assisting two full-time real estate agents with daily administrative tasks
Coordinating and preparing marketing materials
Managing email campaigns and communication
Social media support and content coordination
Calendar and appointment management
Data entry and document organization
General administrative and marketing support in a real estate environment
Requirements:
Prior administrative experience required
Strong computer skills and familiarity with online systems
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management
Ability to work in a fast environment and team setting
Marketing and social media experience is a plus
Database management
Compensation:
Part-time to start, transitioning to full-time
Hourly + performance-based bonus
