This senior field sales role is designed for high-performing sales professionals who excel at creating opportunities, building value within existing accounts, and driving growth with net-new prospects. You will engage customers across the full Quadient portfolio, delivering solutions that transform communication and digital workflows. This is a proactive, outbound-focused position where account-based thinking, team selling, and solution-oriented engagement are critical for success. Our field sales professionals are focused, targeted, and relentless in driving revenue growth from high-potential accounts, competitive customers, new-to-Quadient clients, and cross-sell opportunities.

The field sales team also plays a pivotal role in expanding solutions and generating new revenue within the inside sales customer base by positioning broader communication and digital transformation opportunities. This is a front-line role with a clear mission: retain and grow our most valued commercial MAIL accounts, build a multi-solution pipeline, and expand market share by working smarter and faster than the competition.
