RCH Construction a thriving construction company in our region is looking for a new Construction Accountant (CA) to join our team! As a part time to potential full time Construction Accountant contingent upon company growth and needs, you will be responsible for managing construction costs, preparing financial reports, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a background in accounting and a passion for construction, we want to hear from you! While we still operate like a startup (it can get very fast-paced at times) we are in full scale- up mode. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration with concentration in accounting
2+ years accounting experience in construction or real estate development
Proficient in QuickBooks
Ability to interpret Spreadsheets for Budgets and Supervision of Costs
Strong knowledge of construction accounting, including cost controls, job costing, and profit and loss accounting
Ability to understand complex billing and job costing concepts
