R&D Chemist Intern

This role offers a rate of $25.00 per hour at this location. The compensation is fixed and does not vary based on qualifications.As an R&D Chemist intern, candidates will immerse themselves in the colorful world of Inks and Coatings.  We are seeking enthusiastic R&D Chemist interns to join our state-of-the-art Research & Development facility during this summer of 2025. This is a 90-day paid internship and with a target start date between mid-May through mid- August.  This internship position will engage the candidate in a broad range of chemical and material analysis methods including microscopy, spectroscopy, mechanical and physical testing.  The candidate will learn concepts and practices of new product development, raw material analyses, and will help grow the candidates' professional skills as well as broaden technical experience while being an active part of INX's strong knowledge-based R&D team.Day to day activities will include, but are not limited to:Evaluating Raw Materials in finished formulations.Analyzing Raw Materials by GC/MS, FTIR, DSC, UV/Vis, GC/FID, particle size analysis, and basic microscopy methods. Performing other duties or projects as assigned.
