Mechanic A

Key Responsibilities: Performs a variety of skilled duties such as mechanical repairs of any machine utilized for production by the plant, electrical repairs, machine installations, cranes and general plant equipment. Must be capable of working on complex assignments without supervision.Must be able to interpret complex mechanical, electrical, construction and some electronic drawings and utilize these to analyze problems and make the necessary repairs.Must possess the tools necessary to perform the duties outlined and must work in a safe and efficient manner and practice good housekeeping at all times. Must assist in training lesser skilled employees on occasion and must maintain complete documentation of work performed, machine records, safety and other maintenance reports.
