Body Shop BODY MAN Needed: RESPONSIBILTY BODYWORK PAINTING LIGHT FRAME STRAIGHTENING PATCH WORK MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS
ï· Aim headlights
ï· Replace bolts on panels and align properly
ï· Make cosmetic repairs
ï· Perform other duties as assigned by management
ï· Use special equipment to restore damaged metal frames and body sections back to
original specifications
ï· Able to develop appropriate and efficient methods for each job
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
ï· High School Diploma or equivalent required.
ï· 10+ years body shop experience strongly preferred.
ï· Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required.
ï· Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment.
ï· Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment.
ï· Excellent problem solving skills required.
