Caretaker with at least 5 years experience to take care of my amazing property of 20 acres on the Fox River near Wrightstown. Includes lawn mowing, plantings, trim trees and shrubs, mulching. We have the best equipment, need a person that has mechanical experience to keep in perfect condition. This includes property care with painting, carpentry and overall maintaining the buildings.
Full Time with excellent pay and benefits. Required to have drivers license, good background, great attitude and ability to work alone, or supervise others as required when extra help is needed. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacations, paid holidays, bonus. This is NOT seasonal because I have other properties to keep you busy in winter months.
