Job Requirements:
-Possess agricultural knowledge
-Have solid computer skills
-Understand general mechanical/technical terms
-Experience with agricultural equipment
-Ability to explain financial options is vital
Job Responsibilities:
-Sell new and used large agriculture equipment, parts, and service in a professional manner
-Build, grow, and maintain strong customer relationships and monitor those relationships throughout customer interface with all departments of Tractor Central
-Provide superior customer service and offer smart, efficient, solutions that result in exceptional customer satisfaction
