As a Sales Account Executive at KLH Industries, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong understanding of precision machining services. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, ensuring exceptional service and support for our diverse customer base across industries like aerospace, defense, food processing and more. With access to KLH’s advanced technology and expert team, you’ll have the tools needed to deliver customized solutions that exceed customer expectations and contribute to our continued success.Responsibilities:Including the following, but not limited to:Identify and connect with potential customers using email, phone, social media, trade shows, and networkingPresent the unique value of our precision machining services, ensuring prospects understand how we can address their challengesKeep up with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay aheadEngage directly with prospects to understand their priorities, challenges, and decision-making processesAnalyze technical drawings, collaborate with estimators, and determine the best-fit opportunitiesVerify that leads are aligned with our capabilities and target customer profilesRetain, organize, and exchange files according to company cybersecurity policiesTrack and follow up on quotes, ensuring timely delivery and addressing customer questionsCollaborate with estimating to optimize pricingPresent quotes effectively through various channels (email, phone, in-person).Build lasting relationships with existing customers through strategic account planning and regular communication, resolving any customer concerns promptlyDiscover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional servicesCreate accurate sales forecasts based on customer feedback and provide recommendations on future company offeringsTravel (less than 20 percent) to visit leads, customers, or represent the company at trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
