Maintenance Technician in California, USA - MP

We're seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem-solver with a strong background in both corrective and preventive maintenance. This role is critical to ensuring the continuous and efficient operation Key Responsibilities: Machine Maintenance: Independently perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on all components of plastic injection molding machines. This includes both mechanical and electrical systems. Routine Tasks: Conduct routine maintenance activities, such as: o Checking and changing hydraulic oil. o Inspecting and replacing check rings, screws, and barrels. o Testing and replacing heater bands and thermocouples. Auxiliary Equipment: Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot a wide range of auxiliary equipment, including: o Material dryers o Thermolators o Water systems o Robots o Mule pumps Troubleshooting & Collaboration: Work closely with process engineers and production technicians to diagnose and resolve machine problems. Use a systematic approach to identify the root cause of issues and implement effective solutions. Lean/Continous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime and increasing machine efficiency. Electrical & PLC: Electrical maintenance, including reading schematics, replacing sensors and relays, diagnosing heater bands and thermocouples, troubleshooting control panels and circuit boards, etc. A solid understan JOB INFORMATIONStarting Salary: $60K per yearWorkweek: Monday-Friday 8am – 4pmCriminal Background Check: Yes, applicants must be able to pass a Mexican and/or US CBC before departure from place of employment, arranged by the recruitment company.Drug Test?
