Safety Manager

The Safety Manager will develop, coordinate, and implement occupational health policies and procedures to promote and ensure effective safety operations in the organization. In addition, the Safety Manager role will be responsible for providing proactive leadership and expertise that promotes our safety culture.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain OSHA reporting and compliance documentationOversee customer-specific safety requirements, reporting, training, and safety agreementsMaintain and update the company Safety Manual; facilitate related employee trainingLead and enhance Safety Training programs in collaboration with the Brabazon Service teamPrepare, schedule, and conduct training on emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other key topicsServe as SDS (Safety Data Sheet) AdministratorManage near-miss, incident reporting, and worker’s compensation processesCoordinate Post-Offer Functional TestingConduct and review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)Oversee PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) programs and equipment inspectionsManage safety compliance for subcontractorsAdminister and deliver training on the company’s driver safety programProactively identify, recommend, and implement improvements to health and safety procedures and training across the organizationMonitor company-wide compliance with established safety procedures and regulations
