The Senior Broker Analyst plays a pivotal role in the Winland Broker commission process. This role is responsible for managing all broker agreements outputs, commissions and reporting for all Winland Broker partners. This role also monitors and updates changes in business and agreements for financial factors over time as needed. Will managing payouts for customer rebates and other end-user agreements implemented by our Commercial Excellence, Division Finance and Revenue Management teams. This role will provide information to support these agreements as requested by internal/external business partners. The Senior Broker Analyst will build strong business partnerships with business managers, commercial excellence, finance, accounting, and other shared services teams. Enters agreements into the data base – Vistex as submitted by business partners.

Maintains agreement documentation, including set up and revisions.

Audits broker accruals on-going to ensure our financial records are accurately represented; communicate variances to stakeholders.

Assists in development of broker and trade promotion and other AR and FSS reporting which can be used within the team and within the businesses to drive efficiency.

Monitors volume programs for adjustments or payments.

Provides assistance in the research of customer gross to net sales activities.

Audits third party sales (broker) commission agreements.

Participates in agreement reviews with Commercial Excellence and Finance.

Maintains desktop procedures.

Projects and audit requests as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

Experience within the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry preferred

Experience with SAP and Vistex preferred

Process improvement experience preferred

Demonstrated strong financial and analytical skills

Ability to think creatively and solve problems, using sound judgement.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic work environment, meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results.

Results driven with a focus on high performance, and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills (formal and informal) with business acumen and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, setting a tone of working in partnership and collaboration.

Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)

Occasional travel to business meetings may be required.

Responsibilities:

Runs and reviews reports and commission processing at the start and end of each month.

Timely and accurate payment consistent with corporate policies and procedures.

Create and run ad hoc reports as needed.

Responsible for the accurate data entry into the system by performing regular audits.

Able to create spreadsheets using macros to pull information from different sources.

Point person in answering commission questions from internal and external sources.

Resolve commission inquiries.

Create commission uploads based on commission information received.
