Bigelow Rentals is seeking motivated First Shift General Maintenance Technician to provide general maintenance and repair services to our apartment communities located in Green Bay and the surrounding area.
Job Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience handling repairs that involve the following skills:
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including snow removal
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Dry wall patch and repair
- Painting
- Appliance Repair
- Garage Door Repair and Maintenance- cables, doors, and springs
- Ability to communicate with the office & tenants
- Ability to work independently & efficiently
- Valid driver's license
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
Our Maintenance Technicians handle work orders and other special projects within our properties. They interact regularly with our tenants, management staff and outside vendors. They play a key role in keeping our apartments and common areas fully operational.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
