Full-Time Maintenance Technician – Property Management

We currently manage 1500 residential units and a million sq ft of commercial space. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
Complete work orders promptly and maintain accurate records.
Ensure properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Assist with unit turnovers and preventative maintenance tasks.
Experience installing flooring
Snow removal / Lawncare
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
