Entry Level Project Coordinator

Description:This position will play a key role in our Marketing Department by ensuring key products have ratings & reviews on the .com website and 3rd Party Retailer Etail partner sites. As Project Coordinator at this company, you must be able to organize and track all product review requests, enroll products in review program and manage entire process from ordering of goods to verification of syndicated reviews on websites. Executing enrollment of products into our product sampling platforms: Bazaarvoice and Amazon Vine. Ordering Free of Charge (FOC) product goods for Bazaarvoice program with Customer Service. Partnering with Amazon Account Management to ensure adequate inventory exists for product review program. Provide order management support to customer; ensure receipt of FOC goods and resolve any issues. Maintain monthly request file; provide updates to broader teams Verify reviews are syndicating to main website and other 3rd party websites Utilize Bazaarvoice portal for insightsSkills:microsoft excel, microsoft office suite, Project coordinationAdditional Skills & Qualifications:This person must be able to work well on their own.
