We would like an individual cleaning person who does her/his own work, maybe an assistant. We have 3 baths, 3 bedrooms and Kitchen, dinning, living and entertainment rooms. The bathrooms and kitchen would be consistent bi-weekly and other cleaning would be rotated as needed. We have no carpets, just decorative rugs and no pets. Other small things from time to time, like the refrigerator or flipping a mattress with help from us.
