We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst who can optimize processes throughout the implementation, support, and enhancement of the SAP Agriculture Contract Management (ACM) module. In addition, a successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and able to work in a team environment and independently.Responsibilities

Take responsibility for specific areas with the ACM module to drive requirements, test with the business and support the overall S/4 implementation.

Gather and document business requirements for resolving issues, enhancements, and projects.

Work with technical teams to design and configure SAP S/4HANA in SAP ACM domain.

Drive requirement gathering workshops by conducting demos on SAP ACM functionality.

Formulate and configure applications to meet business requirements and execute solutions that help business units achieve their strategic objectives.

Test and track business requirements through implementation.

Analyze business strategy and user needs, document business processes, and translate business objectives into proper system requirement specifications for resolving issues, new enhancements, and new applications.

Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding and available IT solutions.

Interpret existing applications and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Provide day to day support of IT processes and applications through the analysis and correction of incidents logged by business users.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent years of training, work experience and education)

2+ years of business analysis experience through internships or industry experience to include:

Experience developing and managing functional/technical specifications and test plans

Excellent documentation experience using Microsoft office, SharePoint or similar tool

Ability to identifying process issues and suggestions for improvement

Experience implementing or supporting SAP and/or other ERP processes

Additional Qualifications

Specific experience implementing and/or supporting the ACM, Sales and Distribution (SD) or Materials Management (MM) module in ECC and/or S/4

SAP ACM Experience with S/4 1809 FPS02 or higher

SAP Sales and Distribution and/or Materials Management experience

Familiar with Microsoft Visio and Project

Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools

Knowledge of Agriculture Business and Industry
