Move boldly in the quest for superior and best in market solutions.Job Description:As a Client Solutions Specialist at Pitney Bowes your role will be instrumental in meeting SLA standards by providing exceptional solutions support managing our Premium Sales Support email box. This highly visible position is Client centric primarily focused on addressing Client concerns, driving new business, resolve billing issues, and provide back-office support. Proven competencies utilizing office systems as well as a strong working knowledge of back-office processes will be instrumental in the success of our Client Solutions Specialist.The wage range for this position is $18.75 / hour +, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.You Will:

Work one on one with clients and sales to solve complex and/or escalated billing issues within all Pitney Bowes entities

Complete audits for business lines within Pitney Bowes

Support multiple accounts at the same time

Work alongside cross functional collaborative teams

Manage collections activities

Identify root cause to prevent repeat issues

Deliver a ‘best in class” client experience in each client and/or sales rep interaction

Deliver a high level of accuracy in your work practicing urgency and discipline

Your Background:As a Client Solutions Specialist, you have:

Ability to work within core US business hours

3+ years’ experience working in client facing contact center environment

A comprehensive understanding of company processes and procedures

Back Office Support domain knowledge

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

Highly effective communication skills

Practiced a high level of attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office and billing applications

A highly adaptable work style with the ability to multi-task or change tasks quickly

Demonstrated the ability to manage your workday with little guidance
