You’ll help ensure customers have confidence that our same-day shipping goal will bring them unique supplies, furniture, and equipment they can rely on every day. You’ll enjoy a 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. M–F schedule with overtime opportunities. And you’ll work at our Value Center, with easy access to U.S. 51 and I-94/90/39. What you’ll do Safely, efficiently, and accurately pick customer orders for shipment Prepare orders to ship and load packages into a trailer Operate a manual meter to guarantee that orders ship per regulations Ensure that picked orders are free of damage according to quality guidelines Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area Assist other Value Center and manufacturing areas as volume dictates Join in continuous improvement efforts to create better work processes for all Can you… Show a strong work ethic and solid work history? Pay strict attention to details and accuracy? Follow directions while emphasizing safety? Read, speak, and write legibly in English? Count accurately and do simple math?
