Resource Solutions is a family owned and operated recycling firm focused on the collection of and processing of computers, electronics, appliances, and scrap metals. We've been in business now 33 years, and are seeking staff looking to try something new, and work in an industry that is rewarding, offers room for personal growth and advancement, and offers a wealth of knowledge for those bored with the daily grind, looking for some excitement in their work.
As a group we are, hard working, thinking, active friendly, happy people. The job position of Processing Technician, is a warehouse position, helping customers, sorting, baling, tearing down, working with the various items we accept for recycling. Everyone does their part on our small team to help where needed, pitch in when we get busy, and works around a 45 hour work week.
Our management team works along side new staff for this position, training them on how to operate our equipment, spending time going over the details of the product we accept and how we sort / break down items we pick up or have dropped off to us.
Requirements for the job:
Must be 18 years or older to apply
Maintain a current valid drivers license, and good standing driving record
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must be physically capable of lifting and moving 75 pounds
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Experience Preferred
Forklift operation
Warehouse materials handling
Mechanical / maintenance savvy
General computer knowledge
