Our Travel team is vital in ensuring Epic employees are where we need to be across the country and the world in order to meet our customers' needs. Travel Assistants make sure trips for Epic employees run smoothly. Daily tasks include reviewing travel requests, preparing documentation for international travel, providing phone support, and working with hotels and rental car agencies. They also support a variety of internal projects within the team.
Requirements
Strong communication skills
Ability to juggle tasks and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
2nd shift availability (2-10 PM, Monday - Friday)
Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate
COVID-19 vaccination
