Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Broker, located in Madison, WI. The Commercial Real Estate Broker will be responsible for lease negotiations, brokerage services, commercial real estate transactions, tenant representation, and sales activities. Daily tasks include identifying and securing new business opportunities, negotiating leases, advising clients on real estate strategies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The broker will work closely with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for all parties.
Qualifications
Expertise in Lease Negotiations and Tenant Representation
Experience in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate transactions
Proven track record in Sales within the commercial real estate industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of the local real estate market in Madison, WI is a plus
