Automotive Services Regional Manager
Location: Eastern Iowa area & Western Wisconsin
Wage: $65k - $70k/ year
This is a direct hire opportunity.
An Iowa based company is seeking a Regional Auto Service Manager to partner with store managers and to be responsible for service-related sales, profits, automotive and small engine repair. This position will require travel on an as needed basis to all store locations and provide training within the automotive department.
What you get to do:
Assist store managers in hiring and disciplinary actions of auto and service repair associates.
Provide maintenance/repair training to all automotive and small engine related personnel.
Partner with Buyers on advertising and marketing.
Provide customer satisfaction training to all automotive and small engine related personnel.
Work with store managers to assess work performance and sales and service training needs of auto and service repair department personnel to include monitoring online training programs provided by vendors.
Ensure all OSHA requirements are in place and being followed, PPE used appropriately.
Understand and be responsible for financial aspects of department including sales and profit, expenses, and inventory control.
Ensure seasonally relevant features and promotions are being represented. Work with buyers to plan features and merchandising needs during seasonal timeframes.
Work with marketing on promotional activities and planning.
What we need from you:
Auto Service related education/ license /certificate from a college or trade school
Three (3) years minimum relates supervisory experience in auto services and or auto educational experience
Valid driver's license / Ability to travel regionally in the Eastern Iowa / NE Iowa area
