We are looking for skilled lead flooring installers and warehouse/delivery personal to help us meet our growing business needs. Lead flooring installers need a minimum of two years' experience, valid driver's license, and tools. Starting wage of $30.00 per hour.
Warehouse/Delivery personal must have valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 100lbs, and be able to work flexible hours. Starting wage of $20.00 per hour.
These are all a full-time, year-round positions.

The ideal lead flooring installer will have experience in installing soft and hard surface materials, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Install all types of flooring using appropriate tools and techniques, to ensure a satisfactory finish
Prepare surfaces by removing old flooring, cleaning, and leveling the area as needed.
Utilize power tools safely and effectively for cutting, trimming, and fitting all types of flooring.
Install base and shoe
Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
Perform floor care tasks post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job requirements include:
- Prompt and reliable attendance.
- Valid driver's license.
- Working as a team or independently.
- Keeping set schedules.
- Ability to trouble shoot issues and make decisions.
- Good communication with other carpenters and Project Managers.
- Make change orders
