Feldco, the Midwest's leading home renewal company, and repeated Top Workplace honoree, is looking for a select few driven individuals to join our ranks as Construction Field Tech.
About the position:
This role is tasked with one of the most critical aspects of delighting our customers by accurately measuring and purchasing the products in preparation for installation day. In addition to occasional inspections, the field tech handles a variety of smaller service work as well.
About the person:
Interested candidate should have, but not required, a minimum of 3 years experience with similar home construction projects, outstanding customer service skills and be a strong problem solver. Individual will need to be able to lift 50-100lbs, when required; and comfortable performing work on a ladder. PC and tablet skills are strongly recommended for order entry and appointment resulting.
Monday – Friday, and available to work evenings and one (1) Saturday per month to meet our customers’ schedules.
Individual must have a valid driver's license.

Hourly rate based on knowledge and experience and will include a performance driven bonus structure.
Paid 4-week training program at our Chicago Warehouse, hotel provided and milage reimbursed.
Eligible for overtime.
Company-provided vehicle and gas card, picked up at the office to run appointments.
Full-time, year-round position.
Holiday pay - 8 days total
PTO – eligible for use after 30 days of employment
